The Action Painting workshop is a unique experience where participants can express their creativity through expressive and impulsive movements with paint. Participants are provided with disposable overalls, including gloves and shoe covers, so it’s no problem to handle the paint wildly. Action Painting is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants and offers participants the opportunity to discover Action Painting. Participation is at your own risk.

Are you creative and do you love fashion and sustainability? Then join the clothing Upcycle Workshop led by Nila from Vanihila.
During this workshop, you will spend three hours on Saturday working with used clothing and materials. You will learn how to give existing items a second life by transforming them into a unique creation. Let your creativity run wild, experiment with different techniques, and design an outfit.

The most beautiful creations made during the workshop will then shine on Sunday during the Upcycle Fashion Show from 14:15 to 15:15.

Whether you have a lot of experience or just want to try something new: everyone is very welcome to join in! Materials are provided, and it is an ongoing workshop with free entry and exit.

Tamara and Lyra form a creative mother-daughter team that loves making things themselves or upcycling old items, especially with colorful fabrics and yarns. When people admire their creations and say they would like them too, Tamara and Lyra say: “No problem! We can show you!” Tamara has years of experience giving creative workshops to children and adults, including at festivals. Lyra dreams of teaching crafts and sewing classes when she grows up. They have lived in many countries and currently reside in Amsterdam.

Last year, together with the visitors, they made a beautiful bunting. This year, you will make the unique Redhead Days banner together with Tamara and Lyra. Everyone, adults and children, can help decorate it with embroidery, pieces of fabric, and buttons.

In the mood for a creative workshop full of color, cheerfulness, and summery inspiration? During the Ibiza bracelet making workshop, you will get to work with leather, beads, and charms to put together your own unique set of bracelets. This workshop is perfect if you love jewelry with a personal story, a relaxed atmosphere, and a touch of sunshine (even on a rainy day).

We start with a brief explanation of the materials and techniques. You will learn how to process leather laces, how to beautifully combine different types of beads and charms, and how to make sturdy closures. Then you get to work yourself. The table is full of colorful beads, gold accents, cord, shells, charms and much more. Whether you like subtle and natural or exuberant and colorful: there is something for everyone.

The instructor will assist you where necessary and provide tips on color usage, combinations, and finishing. Whether you already have experience making jewelry or are getting started for the first time, this workshop is accessible and suitable for everyone.

What makes this workshop extra fun is that you go home with something you can actually wear. A daily memento of the Redhead Days!

In this Picasso-like painting course, participants will create a painting in the style of this famous Spanish artist under the guidance of an experienced teacher: colorful paintings with a unique perspective.

Painting like Bob Ross is done with oil paint. It’s a beautiful material, but difficult to remove from clothing. Therefore, participants in the Bob Ross workshop are advised to wear old clothes. We also work with a disposable jacket with long sleeves and gloves, if necessary.

The workshop begins with simple instructions on preparing the canvas. Then, step by step, we demonstrate how to create a beautiful landscape. Because there’s no room for error during this Bob Ross workshop, participants can add their own personal touch to their painting. Step by step, the painting will gradually take shape, until it ultimately becomes a classic, kitschy landscape. If desired, cheerful birds and bunnies can be added.
