You will soon be the calling card for all visitors. Every visitor should be able to experience the Redhead Days Festival to the fullest, and as a volunteer, you contribute to that. Every visitor will receive a smile, a warm welcome and top service from you.

Construction and Demolition
Indispensable! During the construction phase, you can effortlessly transform a simple grass field into a vibrant festival site. During the festival you may be called upon to set up or repair something. We are looking for real go-getters who can take a punch, work safely and hard, and are also flexible. This takes place one day before the festival starts.
Activiteiten & Workshops
Do you want to make a difference and have fun at the same time? As a volunteer, you’ll lead activities and workshops packed with connection and creativity. You’ll help participants get started and create a welcoming atmosphere. Experience isn’t necessary, but enthusiasm is. Together with a dedicated team, you’ll create moments that are valuable and inspiring for everyone. Will you join us?
Information booth
As a volunteer at the information booth, you’ll be the festival’s point of contact. You’ll welcome visitors, answer questions, and help everyone find their way. You’ll also hand out country stickers, which fosters engaging conversations and connections. Your smile and enthusiasm will make all the difference, giving visitors a warm welcome amidst the festival’s hustle and bustle.
Camping
As a volunteer at the festival campsite, you’ll create a pleasant and safe atmosphere. You’ll welcome campers, assign tents, answer questions, and assist with practical matters. Your presence makes visitors feel at home. You’re sociable, helpful, and flexible, and you’ll be right at the heart of festival life. This way, you’ll contribute to comfort, peace, and good vibes.
Kitchen & Catering
As a volunteer in the kitchen and catering, you’ll help prepare and serve breakfast and lunch. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, from setup to cleanup, and keep the workspace tidy. Your efforts will ensure visitors enjoy a delicious breakfast and lunch, and you’ll contribute to a pleasant, enjoyable festival experience for everyone.
Merchandise
As a merchandise volunteer, you’ll sell cool festival items and help visitors with their purchases. You’ll keep the booth organized, restock products, and create an enthusiastic atmosphere. Your dedication and friendliness will ensure happy visitors and successful sales. A fun and active role right at the heart of the festival!

We could use more help with the organization. Currently, we meet once a month (usually on Wednesdays) in Tilburg.
