We have various activities in the children’s tent and kids’ area this year. Children can have their faces painted, there is a craft table, and they can play the famous Mario Kart game.

To keep them entertained, we also have a bouncy castle for the little ones and an obstacle course for the slightly older children.

There is also a silent disco for the children and moms and dads and even grandpas and grandmas can participate!

In addition, there are a number of craft activities you can participate in.

Bo and Paul would love to take us into a world of social dancing during the Redhead Days! You will learn European folk dances from France to the Czech Republic. Balfolk is not difficult, so dance experience is not necessary. It is mainly about making connections and having fun! Many different types of dances will be featured, such as mixers and circle dances, so there is something for everyone, young and old! Want to discover Tilburg in an unusual way? This is possible during the tandem bike tour on Saturday and Sunday during the Redhead days. Enjoy a fun tour with a group and guide, visiting murals, Piushaven and other monuments around Tilburg city center.

The tour will take about 1-1.5 hours and is about 14 km, highly recommended and easy to meet new people during this activity for young and old.

Who’s up for the challenge and joins the giant chair/pillow dance? Suitable for all ages! Those who last the longest will win eternal glory and a medal!

I have been interested in spirituality for almost my entire life. I started practicing Yoga at the age of 21. Subsequently, I practiced Reiki and Tai Chi Chu’an. After that, I began training to become a Chi Neng Qigong instructor and became certified as a Level 1 instructor in 2008, and later as a Chi-Lel Qigong instructor. In addition to Chi Neng Qigong, I also practice Aikido (1st Dan) and am a passionate dancer.

Thanks to all these activities, I am happier and enjoy every day. I have more energy and need less sleep, and I am less prone to stress, so I no longer suffer from my allergies. I am grounded and in control. And that feels good!
