Shared BBQ
Friday & Sunday 17:00h

A shared BBQ for visitors of the Redhead Days Bring your own food to the shared BBQ and enjoy a meal together, we'll provide the BBQs and coals.

During the shared barbecue on Sunday evening, it is also possible to order barbecue packages. Both meat and vegetarian options are available. You just need to do the grilling yourself. The packages must be ordered in advance through the webshop.

Dinner - Fried Rice
Friday 17:00h - 19:30h

On Friday evening, we serve a delicious portion of fried rice with prawn crackers, pickled vegetables, and homemade peanut sauce. This is the perfect combination of savory, salty, and fresh flavors, with a beautiful variety of textures. For the non-vegetarian option, the recipe includes trassi, a shrimp paste that adds a unique depth to the dish. For the vegetarian option, this is replaced with other seasonings, so vegetarians can also enjoy this delightful meal.
